North Texas Data Center Power Infrastructure
Project Overview
Vectaris completed a large-scale power delivery and transformer infrastructure project for a North Texas data center, consisting of 996 skids configured into 170 arrays. The project encompassed structural steel fabrication, electrical integration, and modular delivery to support efficient installation and reliable power distribution.
Design & Manufacturing
Vectaris designed and manufactured all structural steel platforms, elevation extensions, and access walkways for the project. The scope also included the integration of electrical components, including 35kV transformers, delivering a coordinated infrastructure solution designed to meet the project's specific requirements.
By combining structural fabrication and electrical integration, Vectaris streamlined project execution and provided a consistent approach across all 168 arrays.
Modular Delivery & Installation
The infrastructure was manufactured and delivered in modular sections designed for crane placement and efficient field assembly. Once positioned, the sections were bolted together, simplifying installation and reducing the complexity of on-site construction.
This modular approach supported efficient deployment across the project while minimizing the amount of field assembly required.
Project Management
An experienced on-site Vectaris Project Manager supported the project throughout installation, coordinating activities, addressing field requirements, and maintaining communication between manufacturing and installation teams.
